Hala Shukri
Managing Partner
I spend most of my time on acquisitions and on the financing that sits underneath them. What I have learned is that transactions fail on process far more often than on price — a missing corporate approval, a regulator nobody budgeted for, a shareholder who was never asked. So I front-load the boring parts. Clients sometimes find the first two weeks slower than they expected; they rarely find the last two weeks as painful as they feared.
