Scope in writing before we start
You receive an engagement letter setting out what we will do, what we will not do, and who is responsible. If the scope changes, we tell you before the work happens, not on the invoice.
A named partner on every matter
Not a shared inbox and not a rotating team. One partner is accountable for the matter from the first meeting to the last document, and their direct line is on the engagement letter.
Fee structure explained, in a range, before you commit
Every practice page on this site publishes how we charge and what moves the number. Before you instruct us you will have a range in writing, and we will tell you what would push you to the top of it.

The firm
Founded 2009.
HUJJA was formed in 2009 by four lawyers who had trained in both Egyptian civil practice and international transactional work. The firm was built around a single working assumption: that a client who understands the process makes better decisions, and that explaining it is part of the work rather than a courtesy extended when there is time.
